These Terms of Service cover your use of this website, the Chaotic Cafe Discord community, and the Chaotic Cafe game. By browsing this site or playing the game, you agree to the terms below.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, downloading the game, or creating a multiplayer lobby, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the game.
Purchases
Chaotic Cafe is currently available through Steam, where purchases, refunds, and license terms are governed by Steam's own store terms and refund policy. This website does not process payments directly at this time. School licensing is arranged individually: submitting the school registration form is an inquiry, not a purchase — pricing and terms are confirmed with you afterward, before anything is billed.
Acceptable use
When using this site, our Discord community, or the game's online multiplayer, don't attempt to disrupt, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to our services, harass other players or community members, or use the multiplayer or contact features for spam or unrelated advertising. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
