This Privacy Policy explains what information Chaotic Cafe collects through this website and through the game itself, and how that information is used. It applies whenever you browse this site, register your school, subscribe to our newsletter, or play Chaotic Cafe in Study or Competitive mode.
Information we collect
On this website we only collect what you choose to give us: your name, email, and optionally phone number and message when you register a school through our contact form, and your email address if you subscribe to the devlog newsletter. Inside the game, multiplayer runs on Unity Gaming Services — you get an anonymous, device-based ID (no personal account required), and the display name you pick is visible to other players for the length of that session. If you consent to the in-game analytics prompt, we also collect anonymized gameplay analytics and crash reports through Unity Analytics and Unity Cloud Diagnostics.
How we use it
School-registration and newsletter details are used only to respond to your inquiry, arrange school pricing, or send the updates you signed up for — we never sell this information or use it for third-party advertising. In-game session data and anonymized analytics are used solely to run multiplayer matches and improve the game, and are processed by Unity Technologies as our multiplayer and analytics provider under their own privacy terms.
